Types of apartments

2 rooms apartment for 4 persons: (32m2)
Lounge area with storeaway bed for 2 persons or hall recess with 2 single beds
one bedroom with one double bed or 2 single beds
WC and separate bathroom.

3 rooms apartment for 6 persons (50m2)
Lounge area with storeaway bed
one bedroom with a double bed
one bedroom with 2 bunk beds or mezzanine with 2 bunk beds
WC and separate bathroom.

 Rental regulation
1) Bed linen
Are provided and included in the rental of apartment.
2) Arrival and departure times
l Arrivals on saturdays from 4 p.m. For late arrivals please call the reception. l Departures on saturdays before 10 a.m.
3) Tourist tax Payable on resort.
4) Deposit
Deposit: 230e payable at the reception and given back on departure after control of the apartment.
5) Final cleaning
40 euros per flat taken off from the deposit if the flat has not been cleaned by the client at the end of the stay.
6) Covered car-park
On request on arrival: 45e per week.
